Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at dizzydaisyfabric@outlook.com
Photos of the issue must be provided so we can assess the problem and organise a suitable resolution where applicable.
Fabric Information
We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all fabrics. However:
- Colours may vary slightly between screens and fabric bases
- Scale and colour appearance can differ between print bases
- Minor printing variations may occur between batches
These are not considered faults.
Cut Lengths
Where possible, continuous lengths will be provided. However, orders may occasionally be supplied in multiple cuts depending on stock availability unless otherwise specified.
