Before taking over Dizzy Daisy, I was actually the customer.
I originally ran a handmade children’s clothing business and taught myself to sew during COVID using my mum’s old sewing machine. Like many makers, I started with absolutely no idea what the difference between fabric bases even was - and I quickly learned the hard way just how much fabric quality impacts the finished product.
I’ve spent money on fabrics and manufactured stock that looked incredible online but didn’t perform the way I hoped in real life. I know what it feels like to pour time, creativity, and money into something, only for poor-quality materials to ruin the outcome.
That’s exactly why Dizzy Daisy still exists today.
