At DizzyDaisy Fabric, we are happy to refund, exchange or credit items that are faulty by us (DizzyDaisy Fabric). Requests for faulty items must be made within 30 days.
If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact email@example.com with your name, order number, details of the fault and preferably some photographs displaying the fault.
We will attend to your email as soon as possible.
Refunds are not available if you change your mind. Faulty items will be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DizzyDaisy Fabric reserves the right to refuse any stock for a refund/store credit/exchange if they do not deem the item to be fit for return.
All refunds are issued in the same payment method used for the initial purchase only. If you purchased the item with a gift card, you will be refunded back onto the gift card.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 days of receiving your items. If your return/exchange is urgent please email firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any purchase must be cancelled before the order is dispatched to receive a refund. And 10% admin fee will be applied.

DizzyDaisy Fabric does not offer returns, exchanges or credits on Sale items, Mystery Pack items or Pre-order items, unless the product is deemed faulty by DizzyDaisy Fabric.
All sale items and Mystery Pack sales are final.
