Processing Times

All orders are packed and dispatched from Australia within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

During pre-orders, launches, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be extended. Updated turnaround times will always be listed on the website or product listings.

Shipping Information

We ship Australia-wide and internationally using tracked postage services.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dizzy Daisy Fabric Studio is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are available unless separate shipping has been purchased.

Estimated turnaround times for pre-orders are listed on each product listing and are approximate only.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or customs issues, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs to have the parcel resent.

Please note, DizzyDaisy Fabric Studio does NOT cover the cost of custom fees/import duties into ANY country. Please contact your country’s custom authorities for more information.
