How do I buy your fabric?
All fabrics are available for purchase through our website.
Your orders are important to us, so to ensure nothing is missed, please order through the website only.
Do you offer wholesale?
Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale at the moment. Thank you for your interest.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer combined shipping due to our fast turn around time and the volume of orders that we receive.
What is your turn around time?
We have a very fast turn around time! Your order will be sent either the same day or next working day. The only exception is during busy sale periods, where the turn around time may be up to 7 days.
Will my fabric arrive in one continuous piece if I order 2 or more metres?
Where possible, we will try to post your fabric in one continuous piece. However, there are sometimes situations that prevent us from doing so. For example, if we reach the end of the roll or need to order more available stock, it may be necessary to ship in 2 or more pieces. We will always try our best to ship in one continue piece.
Can I come visit the warehouse?
Yes, you can! We are located in Margaret River, Western Australia. Open by appointment only. Please email us to make an appointment.
I’ve made a mistake with my address. What do I do?
If you make a mistake with your address, DizzyDaisy Fabric Studio is not responsible for updating the address before shipping your parcel. If you do make a mistake with your address, let us know, and we will try to change it on our end, but cannot promise this will be actioned before shipping occurs. Before you proceed to checkout, please double-check all of your details to ensure they are correct.
My parcel hasn’t arrived yet. Who do I contact?
We have found Australia Post to be very reliable, but occasionally a parcel may loose it way. It is best to contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number, which you can find in your order confirmation email. We take no responsibility for items lost in the mail. However, if you need further assistance, please email me and I will try my best to help.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes, we offer a refund or return for fabric that is faulty only. We cannot offer a refund if you have simply changed your mind.
What is your refund policy?
All of your orders are hand cut, folded and posted by us personally. We take extra care to ensure your order is posted in excellent condition, but from time to time, errors can occur. Please let us know if you find a fault with your fabric and provide us with a photo and we will sort it out for you ASAP.
